浙江省环保厅在日前印发了《关于做好挥发性有机物总量控制工作的通知(征求意见稿)》

为加快推进挥发性有机物(VOCs)污染治理，确保完成国家下达的“十三五”VOCs总量减排目标，改善环境空气质量，根据《浙江省人民政府关于印发“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案的通知》(浙政发〔2017〕19号)和《浙江省大气污染防治“十三五”规划》(浙发改规划〔2017〕250号)，我厅起草了《关于做好挥发性有机物总量控制工作的通知(征求意见稿)》。按照行政规范性文件制定管理相关规定，现征求公众意见。如有修改意见或建议，请于2017年6月12日前将意见反馈我厅。

河南省工业涂装VOCs整治计划 6月30日前企业须完成达标

近年来，环保风暴吹向了涂​料行业，不少企业受到很大影响，停产整改已是行业中必走趋势。据悉，2017年6月30日前，河南省省 2365 家汽车、家​具、工程机械、钢结构、卷材、集装箱等制造企业必须完成达标治理，VOCs 排放要满足《挥发性有机物无组织排放控制标准》和《涂料、油墨及胶黏剂工业大气污染物排放标准》要求。

The first unified and mandatory environmental protection standard for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been implemented.

进入6月，京津冀地区蓝天变多了，但臭氧浓度上升，多次成为大气首要污染物。作为PM2.5和臭氧的重要“气态前体物”，挥发性有机物（VOCs）控制迫在眉睫。于是，作为京津冀地区首个统一强制性环保标准，《建筑类涂料与胶黏剂挥发性有机化合物含量限值标准》（简称《标准》）正式公布了。即从今年9月1日起，京津冀三地将统一实施建筑类涂装环保标准，限制油漆和胶黏剂等VOCs的使用。

Control of volatile organic compounds: Over 200 auto repair shops in Hongyang City have suspended operations for 2 days

The municipal committee and government of Xingyang City have decided that from 00:00 to 24:00 on June 13th, and from 00:00 to 24:00 on June 15th, all VOCs-related motor vehicle repair sites within the urban area will be completely shut down and cease operations.

The Environmental Protection Tax Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress on December 25, 2016, and will come into effect on January 1, 2018.
