Painting industry
It covers production lines for automotive painting, ship painting, furniture painting, and rail transit painting, etc. The processes of spraying, leveling, and drying continuously emit a large amount of organic waste gas. The characteristics of the exhaust gas from the spray booth are high air volume, low VOCs concentration (about 100-500mg/m³), and containing certain paint mist. The exhaust gas from industries such as automotive painting and furniture spraying has a large air volume (several hundred thousand m³/h) and a low concentration (usually 200-500mg/m³), making it one of the most mature application fields for zeolite rotors.
Core technology: Napotec molecular sieve adsorption and concentration rotor + thermal oxidation device (RTO/CO)
