I. Project Problem Description

Xugong Group's waste gas treatment project covers 9 factories and 12 sections. The overall treatment air volume reaches 4 million cubic meters per hour. It is a large-scale industrial group project involving multiple sites, differentiated treatment, and simultaneous renovation for VOCs.

The core difficulties of the project are prominent: there are significant differences in the painting production lines' processes, on-site equipment conditions, and exhaust gas conditions among various factories, making it impossible to apply a unified and standardized treatment plan. Additionally, simultaneous construction of multiple segments requires unified standardization at the group level, as well as personalized parameter adaptation for each factory, which imposes strict requirements on the supplier's ability to coordinate research, customize designs, provide batches of supplies, and implement simultaneously. 

II. Clear Service Results

Qingdao Nabokoo adopts a service model that combines group-wide standardized coordination with factory-specific differentiated customization. It tailors solutions to the needs of multiple factories and multiple segments of XCMG Group, successfully completing the overall exhaust gas treatment renovation. 1. Unified research framework, standardized overall investigation

Established a standardized group project data collection system, uniformly completed data investigations for 9 factories and 12 segments regarding painting line conditions, exhaust gas volume, equipment installation conditions, etc. This standardized the project standards and avoided the problems of chaotic multiple-site plans and inefficient connections. 

2. Customized parameters as needed, precisely adapting to conditions

Based on the unified standards, combined with the actual production line conditions of each factory, one-on-one determined the specifications and installation quantities of zeolite rotating wheels, precisely matching the differentiated treatment requirements, ensuring equipment adaptability and operational stability.

3. Batch delivery and full-scale stability attainment

The project has cumulatively deployed 32 Napotec® zeolite rotary wheels, covering all 9 factories and 12 segments. It successfully completed the large-volume waste gas treatment of 4 million m³/h, and the equipment was put into operation in batches, achieving stable operation and full-line exhaust gas compliance. 

4. Consolidation of the group's project service capabilities

We have successfully consolidated the full-chain service experience of large heavy industry group projects, including overall planning, differentiated customization, batch supply, and simultaneous implementation.
