Project Details:
The zeolite rotor for painting exhaust gas treatment (manufactured in Mont, USA) of Chengdu FAW Automobile Co., Ltd. was unable to process the exhaust gas properly due to blockage, which affected the normal production in the workshop. One set of zeolite rotors was replaced by Naboco Environmental Protection in early October 2022. Due to limited space, the rotors were replaced using the 1/8 module method, and the replacement of the rotor discs was completed in just 2 days. After the rotor replacement, the operation was smooth and all met the production requirements.
