Due to the need for handling exhaust gases from vehicle painting in Beijing Benz Automobile Co., Ltd., the imported brand MRA1 rotary disk, which had been in use for less than 5 years, began to experience clogging issues, resulting in a decline in the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment. We have designed a phased replacement plan for it: in September 2020, 1 set of 4250-400 equipment will be replaced first, and the remaining 4 sets (2 sets of 4250-400 + 2 sets of 3900-500) will be upgraded by 2022. After the new equipment is put into use, the exhaust gas adsorption efficiency will increase by 40%, and the operation and maintenance costs will be reduced by 30%. The person in charge of the Mercedes equipment reported: "After the rotor replacement, the system stability has significantly improved. There are no more blockage alarms, and the expected environmental protection indicators have been achieved."
