Main situation:

This project is located at the Nanjing Zhongdian Panda LCD Manufacturing Company. During the LCD manufacturing process, VOCs gases are produced, including PGMEA, PGME, diethylene glycol ethyl methyl, etc. The exhaust gas concentration is approximately 200mg/m³, and the processing air volume is 60,000 m³/h. The original treatment system of the owner used the rotating discs from Western Japan Technical Research. During the operation, there was a serious clogging problem with the rotating discs, and the adsorption efficiency of the discs significantly decreased.
