Until one day I went on a business trip and saw the real activated carbon fiber ACF waste gas recovery equipment. The clouds cleared up a lot, and the mystery gradually unfolded. In fact, ACF is like a filter, or a box used to capture pollutants in the waste gas. The "adsorption" process is like starting to put things into the box, but the box will spill out if it doesn't rotate enough in the wind. The activated carbon fiber ACF is like having billions of boxes, the previous boxes will be full and spill out the following boxes to catch them, and when the last box is full, it spills out, which is called "penetration".
The capacity of the box is definitely limited, and after penetration, the pollutants will come out. To be able to reuse the box, the pollutants in the box need to be poured out, which is called "desorption". The adsorption process releases energy, and the desorption process necessarily absorbs energy. At this time, steam is needed to pour out the pollutants in the box, which is more like washing a quilt. After the activated carbon fiber ACF absorbs the energy in the steam, the pollutants and condensed water (which changes form when releasing energy) enter the condenser for condensation, and then enter the stratified tank for separation, and can be recycled again. The recovered materials (pollutants) have a high purity and can be directly used, and have a high economic value. Although the pollution in the boxes has been removed, they are also filled with water. To continue the adsorption (to add pollutants), a drying process is needed to dry the water. After drying, the ACF is energetic and can continue to work. These three processes repeat in a cycle, and as long as there are two or more ACF boxes, it can work continuously for 24 hours. ACF not only reduces the emission of pollutants in the atmosphere but also brings economic benefits to enterprises. It is truly a pillar in the environmental protection industry.
Activated carbon fiber ACF also has some little quirks. When I first bathed her, she would be "shy" and "angry". As long as her these habits are understood, she will do a good job. It is best to give her a bath when she is resting. There are too many things in the box, which will also crush the box, and the most critical point is that it is unsafe. If she keeps doing heavy work, she will run off with O2 in a passionate way.
If one day ACF is old and loses her charm and needs to be replaced, please do not gather them together. It is best to place them in a ventilated and low-temperature place. Otherwise, they are more likely to run off with O2 in a passionate way. It is best to let them take a bath, and replenish water regularly.
