Project details:

The original three-species silicone desiccant rotor in the lithium battery workshop of Jingmen Yiwu Liuyuan was in use for less than 5 years when it began to show problems such as a decline in processing efficiency and inability to stabilize the air supply dew point to meet the standard. This affected the stable maintenance of the ultra-low humidity process environment in the workshop. In July 2026, the Nabokov technical team went to the site to replace the entire desiccant rotor, providing the NSDR1940-300 type high-efficiency desiccant rotor, and completing the installation work including hoisting, alignment, sealing, and transmission debugging. 

After the replacement, the operation situation was as follows:

Field measurement data using a handheld dew point analyzer:

Inlet dew point (before the air conditioner): 10℃ | Air supply dew point: -35℃

After the replacement, the system operated stably, and the air supply dew point was reduced from the original inlet state to -35℃, fully meeting the ultra-low dew point desiccation process requirements of the lithium battery workshop. The customer expressed their recognition of the operation effect.
