Focus on quality, establish an all-staff quality system for molecular sieve adsorption concentration rotors
In August, the Shanxi Naboko Materials Manufacturing Center launched the "Process Quality Improvement Month" special training program. This initiative was centered on the principle of "quality first", focusing on the two core product lines of molecular sieve adsorption concentration rotors (ZCR) and RARA adsorption recovery. The aim was to conduct systematic training for all positions across the entire production process, establishing an all-staff quality control system covering the entire production process, steadily achieving the annual production capacity target, and simultaneously improving product quality. This was in full compliance with the company's "four modernization" development strategy and the strategic deployment of material autonomy in core materials.
The "quality first" concept began with the training, with professional instructors ensuring the quality of the training. Six professional engineers from R&D, process, quality, production equipment, and application fields conducted comprehensive training for all personnel on each key process of material production, significantly enhancing the quality control capabilities of front-line managers. The training courses covered 15 key quality control points, including incoming material inspection, block and shell processing, AW-type fiber production, assembly and shipment, finished product inspection, performance testing, and the entire process control of production manufacturing. Nine professional lecturers took turns to teach, using a combination of online and offline methods, organizing comprehensive centralized training for all positions and processes.
The training course design was structured, consisting of six modules: operation instructions - process requirements - quality inspection requirements - precautions - process parameter deviation range - abnormal handling. This ensured that trainees understood, adhered to, and operated according to the standards. The training participants covered all process operators, quality inspectors, and on-site management key personnel, achieving full coverage of quality control from raw material entry to product shipment.
To create value for customers, fulfill delivery schedules, and ensure product quality. The Shanxi Naboko New Materials Manufacturing Center's training this time achieved two 100% rates: 100% training coverage for all personnel, all positions, and all processes; 100% consistency in teaching, learning, and application throughout the entire process. This achieved the "three guarantees" goal of "quality guarantee, delivery schedule guarantee, and cost advantage guarantee"; starting from the "Process Quality Improvement Month", it will continuously enhance product quality through standardized operations, ensure delivery schedules through the all-staff quality system, and fully meet the customer's requirements for core materials for VOCs environmental protection treatment, jointly building a product quality ecosystem with the customer.
