The Napotec® molecular sieve adsorption concentration wheel is the first domestically produced molecular sieve wheel launched by Qingdao Nabok Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. At the China Environmental Expo held on May 5, 2016, the 1525 type physical "molecular sieve adsorption concentration wheel" equipment made its debut and attracted many visitors to stop and observe. The launch of the Napotec® molecular sieve adsorption concentration wheel marks a breakthrough in the foreign technology monopoly. This is not only an upgrade of environmental protection equipment, but also a true innovation.

1. Ten years of research culminate in success

Naboco Environmental Protection began researching molecular sieve rotary wheels in 2010. After more than a decade of dedicated research, it developed the first molecular sieve adsorption concentration rotary wheel in China, with independent intellectual property rights. It has a concentration capacity of 5 to 30 times, with a single unit's processing air volume reaching 250,000 m³/h. The key performance indicators have reached or exceeded those of imported products, and the operation effect has been verified.

2. Breaking through international technological monopolies

In the past, the manufacturers capable of producing zeolite molecular sieve concentration rotors were mainly foreign enterprises. In 2013, Naboco established the first domestic production line for molecular sieve rotors. In March 2014, it produced the first domestic molecular sieve rotor product. It offers more than ten different specifications of zeolite rotor products. Currently, the maximum diameter of a single unit can reach 4800mm, and it can provide this product in bulk to domestic environmental protection enterprises and engineering companies.

3. Standardized Equipment Process

Under the "process-oriented" production method, Nabok has significantly reduced the procurement and logistics cycle of products, improved the quality of molecular sieve rotors and the level of automation. In terms of manufacturing, the "standardized" modules have reduced the frequency of production system adjustments and enhanced the assembly quality of equipment. The efficiency of waste gas treatment exceeds 90%, and the supply cycle is shortened to 30-60 days.
