Figure 1 shows the photos of the on-site replacement/installation of the rotor.
Post-replacement operation conditions:
Exhaust gas inlet concentration test: 305 mg/m3
Online GC-FID test: < 8 mg/m3
On-site online monitoring data at the outlet (Environmental Protection Bureau): ≤ 8 mg/m3
Rotor processing efficiency: 97.3%
Project situation:
The coating TNV zeolite rotor of Chongqing Ideal Automobile Co., Ltd. Changzhou Branch has been in use for less than two years. Due to blockage, it was unable to treat the exhaust gas to meet the standards, affecting the normal production in the workshop. The coating TNV zeolite rotor was replaced by Naboco Environmental Protection on September 1st, 2021. After the rotor replacement, it operated well and met the production needs.
After the Naboco rotary wheel was replaced, the online monitoring of emission concentration of the coated TNV rotary wheel is shown in Figure 2.
In terms of services, after the replacement of the coated TNV rotary wheel, Naboco Environmental Protection continued to provide monitoring and maintenance services for the rotary wheel exhaust gas for the Ideal Automobile.
